One can do something for only so long. Breathing in for a while, you gotta breathe out. Know your attention span. Know when you are pushing it. Take breaks.
Fix: 1. Put your attention completely on something else (forget totally what you had been working on)
2. Put your attention on another thing completely.
3. Return to the original subject (sometimes it takes quite a while before you can come back fresh.)
There is no defense against persistent good feeling toward, and acceptance of others.
